Brad’s real estate journey started in 1998, where he honed his expertise for over a decade in downtown condominium sales, establishing himself as the go-to authority on downtown Grand Rapids. Specializing in both sales and leases of commercial spaces, Brad’s reputation for efficiency, transparent communication, and client respect has cultivated a loyal base of repeat clients.

In 2005, Brad and Alyssa crossed paths while working downtown for a real estate developer. Alyssa's professional journey has been diverse, navigating through development, construction, a brief detour into the doula world following the birth of their daughter, and eventually returning to real estate. This varied background contributes to Alyssa’s unique perspective as an agent. Her ability to comprehend the needs of her clients and ensure they feel genuinely heard set her apart in the real estate landscape.
